To request transportation service to the home entrance and installation only in Havana, the customer must coordinate it by phone or in person with the MTU team. The delivery service fee will be $120.00 USD. If installation is requested, the site will be evaluated to determine the necessary resources, and a quote will be provided for the installation cost.

Warranty: 6 months. Includes support for warranty and after-sales service, with spare parts available locally, valid and serviced only at the workshop at 240 and 81, La Lisa. As a requirement, the customer must provide photographic evidence of the installation conditions of the equipment and any defects.

If the customer makes a warranty claim within the agreed period, they must transport the equipment at their own expense to our workshops at 240 and 81, La Lisa, where it will be inspected and verified if the claim is valid. If the claim is not valid, the customer will be billed for the diagnostic service at a cost of $20.00 USD/hour, and they will be informed of any damaged parts if applicable. If the customer is interested in purchasing the damaged parts, they can acquire them through the MCV Online Store, and once paid, we will proceed with the repair of the equipment.
