Warranty: 6 month will be granted, valid and attended only in the workshop of 240 and 81, La Lisa. As a requirement, the client must present graphic evidence of the installation conditions of the equipment and any defect presented.

To request the transportation service at the entrance of the home and installation only in Havana, the client will have to coordinate it by phone or in person with the MTU colleagues, the rate applied for the home delivery service will be 120.00 USD, in the case of requesting the installation, the place will be evaluated to determine the necessary resources and an offer will be made with the value of the installation.

If the client makes any warranty claim within the agreed time, he must transfer the equipment at his own expense to our workshops at 240 and 81, La Lisa, where it will be reviewed and verified if said claim proceeds or not. If the claim does not proceed, the customer will be billed for the diagnostic service, which will have a cost of 20.00 USD/hour, informing him of the damaged part(s), if applicable. If the customer is interested in buying the damaged part(s), he/she can purchase it through the MCV online Store and once paid, the equipment is repaired by our workshop.
