Violation of the T&C described herein by the CUSTOMER will give "ISLAGRANDE" the right to cancel or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice and without any liability, for any reason, including but not limited to engaging in punishable conduct ranging from civil to criminal liability.

(4) Review and confirm the order.

Return and Refund Policy

Purchase Restrictions

"ISLAGRANDE" will exercise its right to indefinitely block the CUSTOMER who is detected attempting to violate our restrictions.

"ISLAGRANDE" reserves the right to reject or cancel for legitimate reasons any order in which the number of products or the amount to be paid (for a single order or for several accumulated orders) or other elements clearly indicate that the CUSTOMER is not a consumer or demonstrates the development by the CUSTOMER of an economic activity related to the requested products or, in general, any unauthorized order in accordance with the applicable legislation in the destination country of the purchase.

Intellectual Property

"ISLAGRANDE" disclaims all liability for damages, direct and indirect, foreseeable or not, suffered because of the use of the website. If liability is established for damages suffered by the CUSTOMER, attributable exclusively to the execution of the order, such liability will be limited to the amount of the order that the CUSTOMER has paid.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall "ISLAGRANDE" or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms), even if "ISLAGRANDE" or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that the above limitations may not apply. In these jurisdictions, the liability of each party will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Anti-Fraud Control

"ISLAGRANDE" maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any manifestation of fraud, as an essential principle to ensure a secure shopping environment for our CUSTOMER.

"ISLAGRANDE" reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution and delivery of an order, regardless of its nature and degree of execution, in case of fraud, consummated or attempted.

The CUSTOMER's order may be postponed for anti-fraud control. It may also be suspended for a longer period to conduct a more rigorous investigation and prevent fraudulent transactions.

The CUSTOMER and/or recipient is warned that they may be exposed to legal proceedings in case of claims initiated due to chargebacks for fraud.

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, data related to the CUSTOMER's order may be communicated to third parties authorized by law or designated by "ISLAGRANDE" solely for the purpose of verifying the CUSTOMER's identity, as well as the validity of the order, the payment method used, and the intended delivery.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The T&C expressed herein will be subject to the laws in force in Canada. Any dispute, agreement, or mediation will be resolved in the Canadian jurisdiction system.

Penalties

"ISLAGRANDE", its subsidiaries, or its directors, to the best of their knowledge, are not controlled by a person and/or entity currently subject to sanctions administered by the United States of America, the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the Department of the Treasury, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or another relevant and validly recognized sanctioning authority.
