Any claim related to purchased products must be processed digitally via email at help@islagrande.com or through the personalized online assistance provided by the Customer Service team. If the CUSTOMER is interested in filing a claim, they must first contact us through the communication channels established above and request the corresponding refund, if applicable.
In the event of claims resulting in chargebacks (CBK), the CUSTOMER 's account will be disabled until the process is concluded. To reactivate it, the CUSTOMER agrees to pay in advance the costs derived from the claim process.
